Fulfilled Tracking “Confirmed” – Your package is heading to the shipping company. Fulfilled Tracking “In Transit” – Your package is in transit and heading your way!
The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the selected shipping method and delivery address. It is important to notice that the days are counted as business days and we are only able to honor the estimated delivery that we have available, not being possible to update for a faster one. Please note that delivery times to Hawaii, Singapore, Alaska, and Hong Kong may be longer than usual.

If your order is delayed and the tracking has no updates, there’s a chance your package was lost by the carrier. In this case, you can contact our CS team to find the best solution.
Final sale note: we kindly advise that during the final sale period due to the high volume of orders during this promotional period, we will NOT be making any edits or cancellations of orders. It is possible to edit the address in the order, the new address needs to be for the same country. You can also request to edit the size, depending on the availability and remove items from the order. For that, you can contact our CS team during our business hours. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to make the changes, but we’ll do our best to help! It is important to remember that if the order is already fulfilled, it is not possible to update it.
Unfortunately, due to high order volumes, we are not able to cancel orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. But don't forget that sale items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. According to our policy, only final sale items can't be returned.
If you received a refund for an item/order, it could’ve been due to a no-stock case, possible fraud detected, or by request. For more details, you can get in touch with our CS team, and they will be able to inform you.
